Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@askpronow.com or (844) 527-7663. There are no cancellation fees.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • You can continue using the service until your paid period expires

Refund Policy

Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances vary:

  • First-time subscribers: If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund
  • Billing errors: If you were charged in error or charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund
  • Service issues: If our service was unavailable for an extended period, we may issue a prorated refund or credit
  • Unauthorized charges: Report unauthorized charges immediately for investigation and potential refund

No Partial Month Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. When you cancel, you maintain access through the end of your current billing cycle without additional charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within our policy guidelines:

  2. Include your account email, transaction date, and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant details about billing errors or service issues
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review of your request

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Disputed Charges

If you see a charge you don't recognize:

  • Charges appear on statements as "Ask Pro Now" or "ASKPRONOW"
  • Check if a family member or authorized user made the purchase
  • Contact us before disputing with your bank - we can often resolve issues faster
  • Provide transaction details so we can investigate promptly

Free Trial Cancellation

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid billing
  • If not canceled, your subscription will automatically begin and you'll be charged
